The Observatoire de l'Habitat's sale prices of existing apartments go back to 2007 for the country, its communes and the cantons where most communes are priced. They are yearly, so falls are dated by year and short dips inside a year do not show. They are means, not adjusted for the mix of apartments sold. A fall counts once prices drop 3% below a peak, and ends when they are back at it.
