ISTAT's price index of existing homes goes back to 2010 for Italy and for Turin, Milan and Rome, by quarter. Elsewhere the OMI's yearly valuations go back to 2016, so falls are dated by year and short dips inside a year do not show. A fall counts once prices drop 3% below a peak, and ends when they are back at it.
Other reports for Italy
At the average OMI valuation, a 90 m² home costs €134,190. With 10% down and a 30-year mortgage, the payment is €546 a month. Italy sets no cap on the payment; lenders must assess each borrower's creditworthiness.
