The Notaires-INSEE index of existing homes goes back to 1996 for mainland France and is published for the Île-de-France départements; Paris's covers apartments. It is quarterly, so falls are dated by quarter and their months counted from quarter to quarter. A fall counts once prices drop 3% below a peak, and ends when they are back at it.
